College of Public Health Guidebooks
Archivum is an online tool that allows students, faculty, and staff to access information and complete some academic processes.
In order to use Archivum students must be active and have a valid health email account. To create a health account please go to this link health.usf.edu/is/get-started#students.
Accessing Archivum
View Your Student Record
- Go to the "Records" tab.
- Select "Students".
- Enter Name or UID into the "Search" field.
- Select your name to view your Student Information, including your Graduate Advisor and Faculty Mentor.
- Click on the "Academics" tab to view your Program of Study, Student Projects, and Contract Course Permits.
